The passion and experience Elio brings to his dishes is unlike anything you’ve tried before. Travelling the world to find new tastes and ingredients to add to his dishes, the fusion of flavours in his dishes are exciting for hosts and guests alike. His personality and attention to detail shines through in preparation and presentation- creating a unique experience that shouldn’t be missed!
Starting as a small Deli in Beamsville, Taste of Elio has grown into a full service catering facility dedicated to fine cuisine and great customer service. No matter the event, Elio delivers fine quality food with style and personality.
When he’s not busy travelling the world or creating award winning dishes, Elio can be found teaching, on CHCH TV specials, and hosting events with the LCBO!
Elio has taught at Mohawk College and has co-hosted TV’s Marty & Avrum’s Moveable Feast. You can also find Elio working with the LCBO teaching, providing displays and hosting the Events Kitchen.
